What is Waiting in TVET Application Process

Waiting in TVET application process means that application has not been fully processed but is still in progress.  Admission process may be on waiting due to the following reasons;

Time of processing: Due to high volume of applications, processing times may be extended and application statuses may still be on waiting.

Pending application fees: When applicants do not pay a required application fee or if there is an issue with the payment of this fee then application may be held on  waiting until payment issues are sorted out.

Review of Academic Records: Application can be held on waiting when the admission team conducts a detailed review on applicants record.

Technical issues: Technical problems with the admission systems can also lead to an application status been held on waiting.

Additional Requirements: If some programs which require more steps such as interviews, entrance exams, skills assessment etc are pending then applications may be held on waiting.
