The Seasons Restaurant, situated at Germiston Campus is a fully functional restaurant and is also utilized as a training restaurant for the Hospitality and Catering Programmes.
Accreditation: City & Guilds (International Vocational Qualifications)
Duration: 2 years full-time study, 3rd year part-time.
Admission requirements:
- Grade 9 or higher
- ABET Level 4
- NQF Level 1
- Grade 11 with Consumer Studies or Hotel Studies as a subject
- Grade 12
Qualifications in Food & Beverages Services, Food Preparation & Culinary Art
Year 1:
- Level 1 Certificate in Food Preparation & Cooking
- Level 1 Certificate in Food & Beverage Service
Year 2:
- Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation & Cooking (Culinary Arts)
- Level 2 Diploma in Food & Beverage Service
Year 3:
- Level 2 Diploma in Patisserie
- Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts
- Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Food & Beverage Service
