• Grade 9 or higher
• ABET Level 4
• NQF Level 1
• Grade 11 with Consumer Studies or Hotel Studies as a subject
• Grade 12

• Level 1 Certificate in Food Preparation & Cooking
• Level 1 Certificate in Food & Beverage Service

Year 2: 

• Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation & Cooking (Culinary Arts)
