- Candidates who have written National Senior Certificate (NSC) before and whose School Based Assessment (SBA) is still valid i.e. candidates who wrote NSC in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
- Modularised learners (Examination will be May/June)

- 2 Certified copies of I.D or Passport with a valid study permit.
- 2 Certified copies of (a to b) above

- Obtain at least 40% in three (3) subjects one of which must be a Home Language
- 30% in three (3) other subjects one of which must be an official language at First Additional Language (Home Language if person decides to do 2 HL’s)
- Can fail at most 1 subject
