King Hintsa TVET College Online Registration 2024-2025 How do I apply to King Hintsa College?
The 2024 applications for King Hintsa TVET College are currently open to interested students who have completed high school with a passing grade between 9-12 and returning students to apply for enrollment. The application date starts from September 2024. On the application please ensure that only certified copies of certificates and any other applicable documentation accompany your application. Failure to submit the attachments to your application will result in a non-consideration of your application.
How to register online to King Hintsa TVET College
1. Before applying, note the following:
- Only interested students should use this solution, new applicants only.
- Returning students may apply on the iEnabler.
- Applicants are accountable for all things done under their name on the solution.
- It is the responsibility of each student to ensure that their application is completed.
- The applicant’s contact details are up to date.
- Applicant has a valid email address, if not they should create one or ask for assistance from the Application/Registration staff.
- Have certified copies of Applicant’s ID, Results, Parent or Guardian or Next of Kin’s ID.
2. Click on the Apply now icon.
3. Select No on Do you already have a student number?
4. Select No on Returning to complete application
5. Skip Do you have a Qualification Token?
6. Read the Protection of Personal Information Act, the click on I Accept
7. The Next button will now be activated, click on it
8. Enter all the information asked by the school.
9. Complete application

Registration Documents required: (CERTIFIED AT SAPS)
- Certified copy of ID/birth certificate or passport.
- Certified copy of senior certificate or equivalent. If still in grade 12, marks obtained in grade 11 together with most recent grade 12 marks. If you attend any college, an original academic record and a certificate or certified copies of other certificates obtained previously.
- NCV: evidence of grade 9 as a highest grade passed certified copy of ID / birth certificate and certified copies of parent’s ID or Guardian, where applicable.
- International students: certified copies of passport, study permit and evaluation certificate from SAQA (were necessary).
- Fees as per policy of the institution in collaboration with DHET.

- Entry Requirement for Report 191/Nated(N1-N3): Grade 10 – 12
- Entry Requirement for Report 191/Nated(N4-N6): Grade 12/Level 4/N3
