Admission Requirement to SWGC (Does SWGC offer Nsfas?)
- To register for N4 you need a national senior certificate or a grade 12 certified or equivalent
- The minimum requirement is a successfully passed grade 9 but even better is successfully passed grades 10,11 and 12.
- A year-end school report for grade 9 or higher
- An NQF Level 1 qualification
- ABET Level 4
- Recognition of prior learning assessment to meet the basic requirement for access to NQF level 2

Required documentation to attach when applying to SWGC
Completed Application forms must be accompanied by the following documents;
- Certified copy of the latest results/qualification
- Certified copy of Identity document
- An attached medical statement from a registered doctor if you have any disability or ongoing medical condition that will require you to seek special assistance from the College.
How to apply for SWGC Online Application
- Select your preferred programme of study.
The application form can be obtained from any part of the campuses or college sites and you can also go through the college prospectus and select the programmes that you will wish to study.

Make sure that the hard-copy application forms must be completed with a black pen then click HERE to apply please note that the application form is not a registration form.
- Supportting documenttion
All applicants are required to upload the necessary documentation and make sure they are available to upload or present to the college.
- Application fee
There is no application fee required.
- Submit application
Completed application forms must to sent to any of the campuses or the college sites in person.
- Acceptance/non-acceptance letter
Applicants will be notified of their acceptance or non-acceptance status two weeks after receiving their application.
